Protecting your personal data is very important to us. This data protection statement explains the nature, scope, and purpose of the collection and use of personal data on the websites Civisair.com.
Access data / Server log files
The website collects data regarding each access to an offer (so-called server log files). The access data consists of: Name of the accessed website, file, date and time of the access as well as the amount of transferred data, notification of successful access, browser type and version, the user’s operating system, the referrer URL (the previous page visit), the IP address and the requesting provider. According to existing law, the IP address is anonymized. The provider uses the protocol data only for statistical evaluations relating to the purpose of operation, security and offer optimization.

Matormo uses so-called “cookies”, text files that are stored on a user’s computer and that enable an analysis of a user’s usage of a website. The information regarding website usage gathered by the cookie is stored on the provider’s server in Germany. The IP address is immediately anonymized after being processed and before it is stored.
You can object to the usage and storage of the data from your visit for evaluation purposes by un-clicking the checkbox per mouse click. In this case a so-called “opt-out cookie” is placed that prevents Matomo from gathering any type of session data.
Please note: when you delete your cookies, you may also delete the opt-out cookie so that you may have to reactivate it.
You are not being tracked since your browser is reporting that you do not want to. This is a setting of your browser so you won’t be able to opt-in until you disable the ‘Do Not Track’ feature.
